This report is the third review of the National Action Plan on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) under the Stockholm Convention. POP releases to air and water are presented and an overview of monitoring activities in air, water, soil and food is given. Most emissions of polchlorinated dioxins and furans, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and hexachlorobenzene to air originate from household combustion processes.
