The Gendering Add-In is intended to provide support and guidance for the practical and consistent use of gender-equitable language. The word table for the Gendering Add-In has been extensively expanded by the City of Vienna and can be adapted to the vocabulary and needs of the respective organizations or users. The table in csv format is additionally offered for other applications. Previously, the "inner-I" was used; in 2021, the adaptation to "gender-star *" for the short form took place.
